Gardening Benefits: A Path to Wellness and Depression Fighting

I have come to realize that there are many stages of healing, and for each stage there is a different tool that can help you along the way. The path is not one size fits all, and it is up to each person to figure out what works best for them.  Every day I am refining healthy ways of coping and trying to get rid of unhealthy ways of coping. The journey is long, tiring, and there is no road map.  Gardening is just one of many ways that I cope with stress and help nourish my body with healthy food and physical activity.
